The CRSN invites expressions of interest from Early Career Researchers who would like to convene or co-convene the Classical Reception seminar series at the Institute of Classical Studies (ICS) in summer 2022.
This year the seminar series will continue to be held online, via Zoom, but will be followed by an in-person networking event hosted by members of the CRSN Executive Committee in London and kindly supported by the ICS, to which all participants will be welcome. Please send details of your proposed theme (c.300 words) and a list of the potential speakers you would approach if your proposal is selected. The series usually has between 7-9 slots.
If possible, please also suggest the name of a colleague at a later career stage, who is happy to assist in the organisation of the seminar series. Please send proposals by 10 December 2021 to Henry Stead (has22@st-andrews.ac.uk) and Fiona Macintosh (fiona.macintosh@classics.ox.ac.uk).
